What is your return and size exchange policy? We want your pets to play with absolute joy! However, for strict animal health codes, flea/parasite prevention, and cross-contamination sanitary regulations regarding pet goods, we accept standard returns and size exchanges only on completely unused, unwashed items in their original, immaculate condition, entirely free of pet hair or odor, with all factory product hangtags fully attached, packed inside the unopened original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We highly recommend inspecting the item visually against your pet's size before introducing it to them.
